COMPANY QUALIFICATIONS
|
- We have more than 15 years experience with property
management, home repair and Construction Standards and
Methods.
- We have extensive education and experience in all
aspects of residential construction, including Foundation,
Structure, Roofing, Water Penetration, HVAC (Heating,
Ventilation and Air-Conditioning), Electrical, Plumbing,
Exterior / Interior Evaluation and Insulation.
- We have successfully completed the Illinois State
Licensing exam as well as the National Home Inspector
Exam.
- We are Licensed by the State of Illinois and must,
by Law, complete 6 hours of state-approved continuing
education each year to retain that license.
- We adhere to and exceed the State of Illinois Home
Inspection Standards of Practice as well as the high
standards expected by our customers.
- We are insured for both General Liability and Errors
and Omissions, as well as being Bonded. Our insurance
also carries a Certificate of Indemnity that covers
any Real Estate Agent or Broker who refers or works
with us. This protects the seller, the buyer, the agent
and the broker, as well as ourselves.
